Fair enoug...I have often wondered that about RBTs. Fair enough on a Friday night or even early hours of the morning...but in the middle of the day???!!! I was once pulled up on my way to work at about 8.30 in the morning. I had my work badge on and was so obviously not drunk (heck, if I have a sip of champagne at new year's I'm doing well!). Once this police officer realised that he wasn't going to get me for RBT, he then proceeded to inspect my car! Grrrrrr!
